Caymus Equity Partners, LLC (“Caymus Equity”), a lower-middle market private equity firm, has announced that its portfolio company, Phoenix Aromas & Essential Oils, LLC (“Phoenix”), has acquired Aromatic Ingredients Limited (“Aromatic”). Headquartered in Nottingham, England, Aromatic specializes in the blending and distribution of raw materials to the flavor and fragrance industry. This acquisition will serve to further enhance Phoenix’s distribution capabilities internationally as a fully-integrated distributor and developer of flavors and fragrances and their ingredients.
“Aromatic provides Phoenix with increased international presence in the fragrance industry while we look to expand our blending and distribution capabilities to customers across the globe,” said J.P.
